Ian studied in Melbourne at the Phillip Institute (now Royal Melbourne Institute of TechnologyRMIT) and attend every workshop & seminar to learn other techniques linked with the nervous system over and beyond Chiropractic. This is where he became trained in Kinesiology and uses this technique to find problems in the body through the muscles. He was registered in Victoria in 1987 and graduated in 1988 with a Meritorious Service Award and has been a practicing chiropractics for almost 30 years. When people experience treatment with Dr Messenger they automatically understand his traits of perfectionism, trouble shooting, the thorough assessments he offers and his meritorious service. Before settling in Perth with his family in 2001, Ian worked in Toorak, East Keilor and Sunbury,Port Hedland, Newman, Broome, and Karratha. Ian’s multi faceted skills set includes a variety of techniques, including (but not limited to):

Zac Strom-Maddington Chiropractor

Dr. Zac Strom


Zac is a Murdoch University graduate and utilises the best research evidence when working with patients. He is most interested in managing musculoskeletal spinal pain involving the neck, mid back, low back and sciatic irritation. He is also at home managing all range of sport related injuries. Zac has been working with sporting clubs over the past 3 years, managing injuries and facilitating rehabilitation. Zac is interested in the influence chiropractic adjustments can have on athlete performance.Show More

She uses various techniques in her treatment that can aid the body in regaining balance and helping itself to heal. Her treatment techniques include Shiatsu, functional release and myofascial release and she tailors her treatment to the need of the individual clients. She will arrange a massage plan for each patient owing to the individual’s life-style needs and stages of life they are in. Chihiro is able to treat a wide variety of people ranging in age and physical needs and is keen to improve the quality of life for her patients.

Leelo Yang, Physiotherapist

Graduated with Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University, Leeloo is a compassionate, enthusiastic, hard-working musculoskeletal physiotherapist. During her time as a student, she has gained extensive experience in remedial and sports massage from working part-time in both clinic and gym settings. She has also completed her Pilates Matwork Level 1 – 3 and Equipment Level 1 – 4 Course with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in early 2018.

Leeloo is passionate about helping people with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, especially spinal pain, sports injuries and occupational health issues. She also has a keen interest in promoting an active lifestyle and teaching exercise classes. She is all about facilitating her clients to achieve pain-free daily functions and encouraging them to pursue the best possible quality of life.

Nancy Kremer, Clinical Nutritionist

Nancy has a Bachelor in Health Science from Endeavour College of Natural Therapies (Nutritional Medicine) and is also a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association. She can treat a wide variety of health related issue that are affected (or caused) by food and help people live healthier lives.
Nancy’s approach to treatment is to see “Food as Medicine” as well as taking into account people’s environmental, emotional and physical health to treat the person as a whole and make lasting, positive changes.Show More

Treatment can include food diary management, food intolerance identification and management, meal plans, education and offer support making changes to her patient’s diet.
