Dr. Joshua Chin

Chiropractor

Maddington Chiropractor Joshua Chin

Maddington Chiropractor,
Joshua Chin

Joshua was inspired to study chiropractic when he noticed that his mother, who suffered from chronic low back issues for most of her adult life, felt significant improvements after seeing a chiropractor. Throughout his studies, he came to realize that chiropractic was one of the most powerful, non-invasive ways to treat musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. A diligent work ethic allowed Joshua to finish his five-year course at the end of 2015, where he graduated with Distinction in a Bachelor of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science double degree.

Like the other health practitioners in Complete Care Health, Joshua is friendly and compassionate. He follows an evidence-based, ethical approach that focuses on relieving the patient’s symptoms and then maintaining that relief with both passive care and patient education. These symptoms can range from, but are not limited to, headaches, spinal, joint, muscle or limb pain, and nerve pain or compression.

In practice, Joshua uses a wide range of treatment techniques dependent on what the patient requires and is comfortable with. These include:

    • Diversified manual adjusting techniques
    • Activator techniques
    • Soft tissue massage
    • Dry needling
    • Kinesiotaping

In addition, Joshua has a strong knowledge base regarding postural and rehabilitation exercises, allowing the patient to further help themselves at home.

Outside of practice, Joshua’s hobbies include keeping fit at the gym, reading, and cooking with his girlfriend.
